Transfering settings and apps from MPx-220 to SMT-

That's to say, to backup everything on my mpx220 and "restore" it to my SMT-5600, so I don't have to re-install my apps, re-configure internet settings etc.

No, there isn't. Sprite Backup will do that for the same device, but not for changing from device to device. There is just to many differences between devices for it to work. There would be to many registry, software, and hardware problems doing that to make it worth while. Setting everything up fresh is the only way to do it.
