Where does Active Sync put vid clips?!

I am trying to get some video clips onto my XDA mini, but I can't seem to find them on the phone. Although they show up in my desktop folder, once the sync is done, they don't seem to be anywhere on the phone (not in My Videos, or the Video Library).
