Accessing Orange World over wifi?

I often use orange word, as it seems to be a very good information portal, that has been designed for a mobile screen. Im not sure if it is possible but can any settings be changed to make it accessible via wifi? or another solution, are there any similar sites?

I believe it can only be accessed when connected directly through Orange, so you'll have to look for an alternate I'm afraid.
