ActveSync 4.1 is Rubbish

Hi,

Recently upgraded from SPV C500 to C600 and pretty happy so far.

Although my new activesync and c600 don't like each other and keep shutting down my PC whenever I connect. Have managed a few times to avoid a shutdown but activesync just can't find my phone.

Now, I'm not too bothered about activesync and was wondering if anyone know sof an alternative to allow me to access my files on my C600 via my PC.

When I goto My Computer, there is a smartphone icon, I click it but there is nothing in the new window. So I can't even bypass it that way.

Any ideas??

hi just a suggestion as my pc also shut down when i connect so i tried another usb port. one thing u could try is to change the spped of the port maybe that may help. this is only a suggestion by the way so i cant guarantee anything

You must have your smartphone connected before clicking the smartphone icon. Otherwise nothing happens.
