Tomtom mobile 5 on spv c500

i have a holux bt321 gps & a spv c500 with tomtom mobile 5 on it, but i cant get the bluetooth side of the gps to work, it seems to just not be communicating with my phone even tho it seems to pair up ok :??: & tomtom does not automatically switch the bluetooth on when the program starts & i know its supposed to, my friend has an identical setup which works great

can anyone help

ok I have sorted it now, downloaded latest Rom update & was able to open outgoing com port 7, that did the trick :)

Hi sittingduck!

I have the same TomTom software as you do and almost the same GPS, and I just can't get it to work. I pair the Smartphone (Qtek 8310, almost identical to SPV c500) and I tell the GPS to be a Serial Port and open the COM port 6 to be the GPS' outgoing port, but TomTom still doesn't find it.

Does it need an ingoing port too? If so, it isn't possible...

Can you help me?
