looking for Smartphone with Wlan, gps and bluetooh

Hey Guys

I want to buy a new smartphone because my xda 2 is broken. I was searching through the net, but either they had wlan or gps but not both, i got both wlcard and gps external but think its kind of anoying and would love the feature, to use navigation when walking on the street big fun. Can you recomend some models to me, and do you know a side where you can search choosing specific features, that you want in your smartphone. Thank you very much
