I'm trying to create my own icon resource from some icandy junior icons i have.

I have d/l'ed the five files you say to d/l from your guide but am having problems installing them:

Microsoft SMARTPHONE 2003 SDK - this one wont install.

evt2002web_min - this one is asking for a reg key??

Hi Ryan,

Try reinstalling the 2003 SDK with your PC's anti-virus program disabled. Check this link for other instructions:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en

Check this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en

Look for the key posted in bold letters, lower portion of the page.

Install eVC3, then eVC4 then finally, the service pack. Those are all legit links.

I may give it a try on my free time. PM me the download link.

I need icons of this type:

16×16, 256-color (8-bit)

32×32, 256-color (8-bit)

Simplest way - get a pre-existing icon resource, like the ones dr blow uses in his homescreens, and use reshack to put in your own icons!
