SPV C550 ID Tag problem

Hello,

I've recently bought myself a new smartphone, the SPV C500 was getting old and too much dust behind the screen and all that...well anyway. I've started copying music to my 550 as I've got that 512MB storage card in it.

I've converted my music with dBpowerAMP Music Convertern 11.5, including the powerpack that makes you able to edit the ID tags of any of your music files, which means also the converted cda files from the original CD. After I have finished editing everything, I copy my stuff to the storage card and update my library on the C550. This all goes well.

However, when I open up my library, it says that some, or even every category is unknown. No information regarding the artist, the songtitle, the originating album etcetera...This makes the library harder to use, I can't tell it to select all the, for example, Aerosmith songs, as there isn't such an artist listed. All I get is unknown everywhere.

When I copy the song back to my hard drive on the PC, the ID tags are still there, so they're not lost while copying them to the storage card, the library just can't read them I think.

Is there anyone else with this problem, and if so, what did you do about it?
