New smartphone user needs advice.

Firstly great board guys, have really been loving the stuff I have been reading. Good Work!

Was sent here by a friend with a c500 saying that this is the place to come to find out how to use your phone as it should be used.

Ok I got myself a c600 to use for my new business with the idea of synchronising it with outlook so I can manage appointments and what not.

Read a few things on this forum about patches etc and was getting a little confused by it all, I have never used a smartphone before and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to give me a breif run down of things I should do to the phone and patches I really should have.
