i-mate SP5m/Qtek 8300 vs i-mate SP5/Qtek 8310

Couple of short questions on these

- On the SP5m are the numerical buttons actually smaller than the SP5 (SP5m has the music buttons and the case looks the same size as the sp5). The numerical keypad looks more fiddly to use on a SP5m than a SP5

- On the SP5 it has contacts and mail buttons (left and right buttons respectively)

As the right soft key (of the 4 keys under the screen) access "contacts" when on the home page, can the Contacts key on the left be remapped. Or am I missing the point on these keys. Is the idea to be able to get contacts by pressing the contacts key when you are running something else ?
