Guest olly_k Posted February 8, 2006 Report Posted February 8, 2006 Hi can someone offer advice? My C500 from Orange has just died. I have had it for over a year now so are due an upgrade, but I want to claim a replacement c500 on Orange insurance. Will this affect my upgrade status if after say a month or so I decide that I actually do like the c600? Anyone know from experience? PS I am not really being deceiptful just don't want to potentially waste my upgrade on a phone that might age too quickly! - If it hasn't done so already!
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 You can claim a care replacement whenever you like, it won't affect your upgrade status...
Guest chucky.egg Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Dont forget that in the UK if you buy online you have 14 days to change your mind, so you could order a C600 (or any phone you think you might like) and try it out - if it's not what you hoped it would be you're perfectly within your rights to send it back and cancel the contract (you'll only have to pay for airtime pro rata and calls/sms etc, if you put your own SIM in it wont even cost you that!)
