Guest Chimpanzee Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Hi. I'm running Media Player 10 on my SPV M2000 (after that new update) but it won't display album art. I get the impression from other sites that this is a well-known problem but they don't really offer a good solution. I'm running Win2K on my PC so don't have WMP10 on it. I'm using MediaMonkey to get my album art which is then being embedded into the id3 tag and just copying the mp3s to my phone (no sync-ing). Is there a way of getting the mobile to display the album art without completely re-arranging my 1,332 file-strong music collection?? Pleeeeease let there be a way.
Guest Pondrew Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Does this thread help? Don't be concerned by it referring to Smartphone, the two work in the same way. I must say I'd personally recommend using Windows Media Player 10 to sync the album art across but if you really can't/won't then the above thread includes instructions on how to manually copy the album art across...
Guest Chimpanzee Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 In theory. But the whole folder hirarchy this is exactly what i don't want to do. :) Is there another way? I can't get WMP 10 for windows cos MS won't let you download it unless you have windows XP. i have 2000
Guest Pondrew Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Unfortunately I think Windows Media Player 10 and this are the only methods...
