Microsoft GAL (Global Contact Access List)

Anyone install this on their MPx220 phone and get it to work yet? This is what enables you to use a global address list from your exchange server. I have my phone synching perfectly with the exchange server and yet it won't connect the same server for the GAL. It just says 'Unable to connect to email server.'. I have checked my login credentials a hundred times and looked at the settings on the exchange side and all looks well. Any input would be appreciated.
