I have searched Modaco, Google and everywhere else I can think, but cannot find any information on how to Hard Reset my M5000!

Press and hold both softkeys. Keep them pressed, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the reset button on the back of the device. Press either 0 to hard reset or X to cancel the request.

Hope this helps, its as described in the XDA Exec manual, but I'd expect it to be the same.
