I have finally figured out how to edit the xml so that I can map my program using RJ Shortcut. I set the first one to Smart Explorer EN.lnk. The rest of them are mapped but no icon. I tried deleting them all and doing the same as the smart explorer map but still no icon. I can click on the question mark that is displayed and it will go to whatever i put there, but just no icon. What should I do.

I'm running into the same problem on my WM5 Tornado (T-Mobile SDA)... the RJShortcut icons for the fixed apps line (top line) appear as question marks... I tried erasing the word \storage prior to windows, but it still wouldn't find the icons... help... thanks.

After playing around I did get it to go to the programs as I mentioned before but it wont display the icon.

Also, something else I learned while playing with the xml is formating the time and also the temperature. A lot of themes that are made are made for Europeans who use 24 hour time format so I set it to 12 and also the temerature set all C values to F instead.
