Guest mojonb Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 Hello, I have a few problems with my new SPV C600. 1. When I first received the phone I tested the alarm and every night at the same time the alarm test was set the alarm still goes off, even though the alarm is turned off or set for another time. I can’t snooze the alarm all I can do is reset it. I’ve seen a thread telling me to move the time on by one minute which hasn’t solved the problem. Is there any way to remove this alarm (It’s going off at 11.45pm every night!!) 2. The Settings menu use to have numbers by the side of each item until yesterday morning. I got use to pressing the number of the required submenu and that was easy. Now for some unknown reason I now have Letters by each submenu and I don’t know what changed them or how to change it back to having numbers. Is there a way to put the setting back? 3. I have had problems sending files to and from the phone using Bluetooth. I was sending a 4 meg files to the phone and it would stop after about 15 seconds if I dismissed the onscreen message (the message told me I was receiving the file and had cancel or dismiss, telling me Cancel would stop the file transfer) but if I leave the message on I will receive the file but only if I make sure the phone doesn’t blank the screen or lock the phone keypad. Is this normal? Do I have to keep the phone active when receiving a file? Also what options would I use to send a file? If I use beam it only has IR there plus searching, is it looking for Bluetooth devices? Many thanks.

That's on my C600
