Using GPRS With A PC & XP

Ok - dence question coming up ... sorry but thanks if you can help.

I want to set my Laptop up to use GPRS dial up and not traditional modem dial up. To put this in to context my old Sony T610 had software that grabbed the GPRS settings of the phone and created a dial up connection.

Now I can create a dial up connection and even select the modem etc but what number do I tell it to dial ( the T610 did not have any numbers bar a # code ? ) and how do I get it to dial using GPRS ?

The Driver that comes with the phone seems to be just a standard modem driver and nothing special.....
