Guest Kaka Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 Does anyone else have this issue? Or have a resolution for it? Thanks Kaka
Guest Zion800 Posted February 19, 2006 Report Posted February 19, 2006 i have the exact same prob on my qtek 8310. if i restart my phone, it works again. it just started happening to me in the past few days.
Guest Qtek8310 Posted February 19, 2006 Report Posted February 19, 2006 It can also have to do with the network. I had this problem sometimes on my N6230. On my Qtek 8310 it hasn't happen yet.
Guest shadamehr Posted February 19, 2006 Report Posted February 19, 2006 Tis indeed CAN be caused by TWO seperate issues... Sometimes, i get this when trying to reply, and the only resolution is to switch off and back on, and then it works ok. Other times however, this is an ERROR, not a bug, prevelant across ANY phone type, as its not a phone issue at all, whereby the SENDER has their service centre number setup wrongly, and if a message comes in and you try and reply, and ther phone nad yours was set to reply via Sender service centre, you therefore cannot reply. If you come out, and compose a NEW text to that person, it will send FINE though, as you are then sedning using your OWN service centre number. The resolution to this is to ring your friend, and ask them to fix their service centre number - if they are not usre, explain the issue to them, tell them to ring their network's customer services and tell them te issue, and thye should talk them through fixing it.
