UTStarcom support for SMT5600

Since Audiovox completley divested UTStarcom as a seperate subsidary late last year UTStarcom have been setting up a support website ( http://www.utstar.com/handsets/view_phone_...=SMT5600&sAct=0 ) but in the meantime I thought I'd email asking about a rom upgrade for all you US customers. Their answer is below.
