Warranty After Rom Update?

I've Had A Problem With My the camera on my mpx 220 :x and i 've got to get it back on service to fix this since it's a hardware problem (it's not working when u push the lens it just works and when u release it it stops... :-( )

So I've done a few updates on the rom of my mpx220 and now i have 3.46 asian rom..

Am i going to loose my warranty because of this when they open the phone or not?

Anyone Have Simiral Problem and sent it on sevice...

Ps : my warranty normaly is still valid since i have it 7 months and the warranty is fo 1 year...
