Mobile 5 - ActiveSync 4.1 Calendar problem

Hi people.

Ok so I've ditched Orange after 12 years and got myself a MDA Vario. Its awesome if a bit less stable than the old rock solid C500

I've found a strange issue though with Calendar sync though. I have some entries in my Outlook on my work PC which appear to have my name in the from field (because they been booked by the originator with blind attendance list). These come from various time zones

On my C500 they appear at the correct UK time but on the Vario they get inserted at the originators time instead which means California meetings are 8 hours early in Calendar on the phone.

Anyone else seen this or know of a workaround?
