ROM Upgrade not removing all Orange stuff

OK, this happened on C500, wasn't overly bothered, still not really, but curiosity is getting the better of me as it is happening on C600. After I have upgraded ROM I still have remnants of Orange stuff left on phone, i.e. the Orange Plus menu item is still there and functional.

Anyone any ideas?
