Guest nickbudd Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 OK I've done my research and I've got my WIFI working on my new XDA Mini. Also it synchronises with Outlook at home and Lotus Notes at work (using mNotes). So far so good. But for some reason I can't open the messages in my Inbox. It looks like it's going to but then doesn't. Please if anyone has a clue I would be grateful for advice. Thanks Nick
Guest L_E_O Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 I am having the EXACT same problem on my XV6700 (HTC Apache). The open animation takes place when you click a message, but the message never opens. Anyone have any ideas? I am using WM5 and Verizon's Sync and SyncExpress
Guest fraser Posted March 24, 2006 Report Posted March 24, 2006 I suspect a corrupted message database. There are some tools out there to repair and/or delete the database. Never had to do it myself, but there are various posts on modaco describing this IIRC.

Guest L_E_O Posted March 28, 2006 Report Posted March 28, 2006 Thanks guys. I'll try the DB rebuild first, and move to the hard reset if that doesn't work.
