Outlook messages won't open on XDA Mini

OK I've done my research and I've got my WIFI working on my new XDA Mini. Also it synchronises with Outlook at home and Lotus Notes at work (using mNotes).

So far so good.

But for some reason I can't open the messages in my Inbox. :cry:

It looks like it's going to but then doesn't.

Please if anyone has a clue I would be grateful for advice.

I am having the EXACT same problem on my XV6700 (HTC Apache). The open animation takes place when you click a message, but the message never opens. Anyone have any ideas?

I am using WM5 and Verizon's Sync and SyncExpress

I suspect a corrupted message database. There are some tools out there to repair and/or delete the database. Never had to do it myself, but there are various posts on modaco describing this IIRC.

I would guess a hard reset should sort it (with the resultant need to reinstall all your apps and data)

Thanks guys. I'll try the DB rebuild first, and move to the hard reset if that doesn't work.
