Copying Contacts data

Hi,

All my contacts information is nice stored on my MPx220 and synched with Outlook on my PC. However, I would like to copy all my contact numbers onto my sim card so that when / if i put the sim card in another phone, all my contact numbers are available to me.

I can't work out how to do this Any suggestions??
