How Do I Hardware Reset my Qtek 8310

I can't find out how I Can hardware reset my Qtek 8310 phone ??

Som one help me

Welcome to the site :)

With your phone turned off press and hold both softkeys and then the power button for a couple of seconds.

When the phone starts to boot release the buttons and you should see a black screen with instructions to hard reset.

Whith one is softkeys, and shout I live my SIM-Card in the phone or what ??

I have used many keys, but I can't get it to work :)
