Need help...my m500 is doing funny things!

recently tried to unlock my m500 with the unlock software called m500_unlock_v1.5.exe. I couldnt get the link for download off xda-developers site?? :?:

anyway...i ran the unlock tool...it said its unlocked fine, then i reset it...typed in the 00000000 code...it then proceeded to ask me the service provider code...i've read other posts bout this and they suggested a hard reset and to try again...

after hard reseting...the phone loads windows...it goes through setting the time and date etc, but then it starts installing stuff? in a kinda endless cycle? but lasts about 5 minutes...then the code window turns up again!! i thought this was meant to disappear upon hard reseting?

im seriously stuck...i can't think of what else to do...if ne1 could offer advice i would be extremely grateful! :)

ok i managed to fix the problem by taking the battery in and out but...i still need to unlock it...the link for the file on xda-developers is dead...could someone send me the file? my email is [email protected]
