Prophet - Is it Application Locked?

I am trying to organize my programs into folders but it wont allow my to move icons from preinstalled apps like calendar, tasks, etc.

This is similar to how Smartphones wont let you modify the Windows/StartMenu unless you fully app unluck your phone.

Does anyone know how to unlock these restrictions on the PPC?

Trying to move/delete via Activesync and the desktop's file manger doesn't work. What does work is using the Prophet's built-in file manager's cut and paste. I still haven't been able to delete them, but you can move them to a different folder. I used Start Menu/Programs/Junk

I haven't had a problem moving/deleting them on my Dopod 818 using Resco File Explorer

My problem was that I was trying to move the items via ActiveSync. After reading the responses I realized that I can move/delete just fine on the phone itself (which I usually never do when doing alot of it. Just easier on the PC.)

But later I found that I could move things via ActiveSync that I couldnt move or delete before....VERY ODD!

The reason may be that I changed these values based off of Typhoon Unlocking:

HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001001 = 2 CHANGE TO 1

HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001005 = 16 CHANGE TO 40

Could someone else try it to verify? :)
