Problem with Active Sync

My Active sync or usb connection used to be fine, but now, when i conenct it, it just doesnt read the connection anymore after a few minutes. HELP! i cant tranfer big files.

It's working ok to begin with?

Activesync has never been good for transfering large files and it's always better to use a card reader instead.

Another thing to try is every minute or so move the control pad, this will wake the phone up as such and it's the method I use for larger files if I can not be bothered to use the card reader at the time.

if using the active sync 4.0 with windows XP - u would face this problem as the firewall doesnt allow the Active Sync to function - download the 4.1 Active Sync - & then try again.
