Pocket Outlook - only retrieving at certain times

I know that within the email setup of Pocket Outlook you can set it to retrieve emails every x minutes but is there any software that will allow me to restrict this to certain times of the day?

What I would like to be able to do is to set it to retrieve emails during the hours of 9 to 5, M-F only because outside of these times I'll be able to check my email at home.

Any suggestions?
