TyphoonNbfTool.dll Remote Client work?

I'm trying to get the remote client extension written by Arisme working. I downloaded the latest TyphoonNbfTool.exe from

http://www.spv-developers.com/content/TyphoonNbfTool.zip

I also tried the one that comes with SPVServices.

I put the DLL into the same directory on the PC, but nothing happens. The tool seems to have none of the client extensions.

How do I get it to work?
