internal information data

Hi All,

I have noticed that I have a file called 'internal information data' appearing on my Start list in my program folder but I don't know what it is or where its come from.

When i click on it I get the following error.

Cannot find 'internal information data' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

Any ideas anyone????
