Battery Qtek 8310 same as SPV C500?

I performed some searches, but couldn't find a satifing answer on my question:

Is the battery in Qtek 8310 the same one as in SPV C500?

Modelnumber on picture seems to be the same as the number on my battery.

Are there any other batteries simillar to the Qtek 8310? The availability isn't great yet, and Expansys = Expensive.

Same physical size and voltage so will work but lower capacity.

Do another seacrh there are *many* threads on batteries - perhaps in the typhoon or hurricane sections as they use the same size of battery.

I saw 1 battery for C-500 just 1050 mAh instead of 1150 mAh, I can live with that.
