c600 fault with contacts scroll bar

I have what seems to be a fault with the contacts on my c600. If you have a c600 can you please check your phone to see if it is a software fault. I have contacted Orange but they are not able to help, they seem to think its down to Microsoft to resolve it.

Go to contacts, pick a contact (one that you have added some information to in the notes section), now scroll down. My c600 will not scroll past the notes field. If I press the joy stick, this takes me to the edit section, I can see the rest of the contact information now, but at the risk of deleting it.

This did not happen with my c500 or c550.

ps I contacted microsoft today, they told me to go back to orange.

Yep, Mine does exactly the same thing... The scroll bar looks as if its got further to go but I cant move past the first few lines of the Note text.

Thanks Tmohammad for your reply. I new I was not going mad. I have just received a replacement c600 today and it does the same.

I use my phone to store a lot of information for each contact. The c600 lets us enter all this data but we then can`t read it when needed.

Can any one advise me what happens now? The c600 has a fault. This may not bother those who do not store a lot of information. But those who do can only see all the information by going into the edit screen; at the risk of deleting some data.

I have contacted Microsoft but I was told to go back to Orange. I phoned Orange, they said that I should go into a shop and speak to a phone trainer.

Any Advice please.

What information can't you see? As far as I know "Notes" is the last section anyway....

Yes "Notes" is the last section, but if you have a lot of data in a contacts notes how can you read it if the scroll bar does not go down to the end? The only way is to go into edit and risk deleting something.

my imate does not have this problem. its not the OS fault - it is the ROM/handset fault.

You can scroll down to the notes section, but can you read all the notes for that contact on that screen? (Assuming you have a good few lines of notes....say 8 or more).
