Hi

I have just bought an Orange SPV C600 (similar to Cingular 2125). I can't

find anywhere an explanation of what each of the colours of the LED around

the speaker mean.

Can anyone help ?

TIA

Left led:

GREEN blinking - network coverage, phone on

GREEN steady - charging finished

YELLOW steady - charging

RED blinking - low battery

Right led:

BLUE blinking - bluetooth activated

These are what I found till now. Maybe there are more. I didn't noticed if there is an alternate color code to show the charge level of the battery. For example: GREEN blinking - battery high; YELLOW blinking - battery medium/low; RED blinking - battery critical. This is something I must check. Also please note that, as I heard, when battery is critical (RED LED blinking), the miniSD card cannot be accessed...and so not any of the programs, ringtones, mails, etc you could have stored on it

Hope it helped

Is there a hack, a tweak, an anything, that can stop the LED from blinking during normal use?

The damn thing drives me crazy.

Perhaps the function indicator can be reversed - for example, the blinking green can be for

"steady charging - finished" while the steady green can be for "network coverage, phone on"?

It seems that to accomplish this, the parameters for each - wherever they are - need only be

swapped with each other, right? Questions is, how to do this? Any ideas?

BTW, I have a Cingular 2125, but it shouldn't make a difference - software is the same across the platform, I presume.

Thanks in advance - dagnabit

Im sure its possible to hack the LED as theres a guy on the forum that created an app that made the LED flash faster when there is a text message.
