Guest awarner [MVP] Posted February 22, 2006 Report Posted February 22, 2006 With your phone turned off press and hold both softkeys and then the power button for a couple of seconds. When the phone starts to boot release the buttons and you should see a black screen with instructions to hard reset.

Guest peyo22 Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 (edited) exactly the same way to reset a c550. see the video guide here hi, I'm in trouble with my qtek 8310 too, and the hard reset refuses to work properly :/ anyone has an idea ? edit: sorry, in fact I was pressing too much time :) let see if it will solve my problems ^^ Edited December 4, 2006 by peyo22
Guest conan_troutman Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 or you could jst use the built in application called "Clear Storage" you will then be prompted to imput a four digit code of 1234 and that will clear everything back to factory defualt, much easier than the two soft key and power button option
