C600 copy and paste to PC problem

I am having a problem on my c600. I can copy and paste mp3's and jpeg's from my PC to the phone, but when I do it the other way it goes through the motions of converting but the file does not appear on my PC. It's like something is blocking it. Checked firewall and AVG seems OK. Has anyone had a problem like this ?.. Thanks
