C500 certificate security disabling problem

Hi all, I finaly got my C500, I updated the rom to 4.2.1.4, next I tried to disable the certificate security but all that happens it the screen lights up when receving the text/message, no on screen messages or anything, I have also tried the aplication disabaling tool thats floating around and it says its unable to unlock the phone??

I have emailed the support people and asked them to mail me the program, but in the meantime anyone got any ideas as to why im having probs and a possible work araound?? or is the phone knackered?

I can text and call it ok from my nokia, even get the disabaling text sent to my nokia, but the C500 just lights the screen and nothing esle??

I sorted it, I had to make a couple of changes in the registry.

Thanks to all that have posted on this forum to alow me to have a fully unlocked C500 :)
