spv c600 vibration and reset problems

help, Iv had my spv c600 for about a week and its stopped vibrating when someone rings (on any profile setting), Iv checked the profile settings and it says that the vibrate function is turned on. Iv tried the "hold the 2 function buttons then turn the power on" reset procedure but it doesnt work, anyone got any suggestions ?

When you did this hard reset, when the phone turned on did you lose all of your contacts and everything else that you had on the phone. Question two. Not to be a smart a$$ but have you checked when you set the ring profile they are editable (i think i made that word up) and you can set ring or just vibrate. Look at that too.

Once my phone vibrated when I got a txt message and it would stop until I pulled the battery. That was strange.

yeh i tried to change the profile, no luck ... all contacts and everythin did dissappear, but that wasnt a prob, jus had to sync it up with my puter again , and I dont know how .... but after faffing about with the settings for about 2days .... it works again .... wooooohoooo!

Could you double-check that you have the following 2 settings correctly:

1) Settings/Sounds/Vibrate in brackets for Ring Tone for line 1/2

2) Settings/Profiles/Normal
