syncing contacts

Hi all

On my old c500 i could sync only particular contacts onto my phone. With my Vario and WM5 I cant find how to do this and all of my outlook contacts go across to the phone.

I've tried looking for settings within ActiveSync for contacts, but its greyed out. Help!
