Qtek 9090 buttons problem

Hi

Out of the blue my 9090 the phone buttons (call&hangup) buttons have begun to double as the Calendar and Appointment buttons on top of the 9090. The Phone application does not start anymore, I cannot answer incoming calls using the Answer button or hang them up with the other button. The Setup doesn´t seem to have any entries for the phone buttons but if I remove the settings for the Contacts&Appointments button, the phone buttons are also disabled.

Anyone seen this?!?

ROM 1.40.00 WWE

Radio 1.15.00

Ext rom 1.40.148 WWE

I have no issues with these buttons and my setup doesn't list them either. Might take a trip into the registry to resolve it. Each button has a unique ID string, some games use these to manually configure keys. If you could find some of these IDs, you could search the registry for them. Nasty problem, not heard anything like it, good luck! Might take a hard reset to fix it though... :roll:

Is there any registry editor built-in or is it available elsewhere?

Done that and updated the ROM again. Unfortunately, I don´t have any of the older ROMs left. :)

Hate to say it but if hard resetting an official rom doesn't help it suggests maybe there's a hardware problem. Maybe a mainboard problem? I suppose if anyone on here would know one of our members Fluffcat1 might do...
