Hello all,im new to this forum so hope ive put my Q in the right place....

Ive recently become a lucky SPV C500 user/owner and have had fun downloading many of the themes etc form here, however not all work or have bits of the screens missing and have seen in a few of the pages that one has to 'edit' the xml files to include or move the missing/misplaced bits,My qestion is how to edit these xml files????,Have tried but failed.

Any Help please from youu wizkids/Bof's out there ???

Many Thanks

Andy

copy the xml file to your PC

use notepad to edit them

then transfer back to the SPV :)

simple...

You need to downlad PocketNotepad from www.tillanosoft.com

open the xml file with it.

do the editing etc.

save the xml file, making sure you select all files (*.*) and specify .xml in the filename text box.

If you edit them on the pc, look for a free app called Xtrans, which formats and checks the xml (to a degree) - better than notepad imho.
