WiFi, SD and Reset issues

I've been having these issues on and off since I got my Prophet, and I know that some of them (unwanted Soft Resets in particular) affected things like the Vario.

My thinking was that it was non-WM5 compatible software causing problems, but yesterday I rebuilt my phone by hand and only installed software that the developers claim is WM5 compatible.

Needless to say the SD card and WiFi issues were there again this morning.

Who else is having these issues and in what combinations?

For the record I've installed:

Spb PocketPlus 3.0

Spb Diary 1.7

Resco Explorer 5.35 (plus FTP and Registry add-ins)

Code Wallet Pro 5

Sprite Backup 5

SplashBlog

SoftKey control panel applet

vjSoft Phone tools

Reg tweak: Set Letter Recogniser as default SIP

Reg tweak: Turn off SMS Sent notification

Reg tweak: PIE as IE6.0

Reg tweak: FATFS cache

Email accounts

BT pairing: Motorola H3 headset

BT pairing: Emtac GPS

I have both problems with WiFi not turning on and the SD card "disappearing" In both cases the unit has to be on a while (a day or so). So far no resets. WiFi more easily crashes if you are low on program memory. I ran out of memory with virtually nothing installed - what happened was that I changed Outlook E-mail attachment storage from main memory to the SD card but for some reason the attachments did not get deleted from main memory and WiFi would easily die. With that corrected I have 14MB of memory free and WiFi crashes less often. I think the SD card issue is an OS bug. When the card "disappears", JAMin's File Explorer can't find it, and neither can WMP, BUT Activesync happily transfers E-mail attachments to the card as if it its there. What's odd is that even when I look at the JAMin using my PC's file manager it doesn't see a card either even though it is using Activesync for the link. Generally (maybe always, I can't verify yet) when I lose WiFi I lose the card too. Nothing else bad seems to happen
