Qtek 9100 OS language change :D

Hi all!

I would like to know if it's possible to change the OS of a Qtek 9100. A local repair center employee told me that they can't change OS of Qtek than the one it's already on the Qtek because there's a protection... ?

As I'm not very much experienced with this kind of phones I would like to know if somebody here knows if in fact it's possible to change the language to Portuguese as my customer want it with this language or the OS.

I take also advantange to ask where I can find a good site or tools to unlock a old Treo 600 ;-)
