Changing Icons in Programs

Hi All,

Is it possible to attach different icons to the programs in the Start > Programs??

I'm using SBSH iLauncher, which by the way is brilliant, but as I have got carried away attaching different more pleasant icons to the programs I use frequently in iLauncher, I have begun to wonder if it can be done everywher else too.
