Can I sell a contract phone?

I'm thinking of ordering a phone off e2save.com, purely for the contract.

I was wondering whether it would be possible to put the new sim (O2) in my unlocked C500 and sell the new handset with a o2 payg sim in. Would the network/e2save kick up a fuss, or would it work ok?

You can do but technically the phone will still belong to the network until your contract runs out.
