Sold my Dopod 818pro

Sad to see it go. It is a very nice device

Main reasons it had to go was

1/ External speaker volume was just too low for me. I work in a noisy enviroment & was regularly missing calls because I couldn't hear it ringing. The fact that the speaker is on the back of the device didn't help matters either.

2/ Earpiece quality. Again it wasn't quite loud enough & also I had to locate it exactingly otherwise I couldn't hear it at all.

3/ Echoing effect during a call, now that's really annoying.

4/ Most annoying of all though was the constant soft resets everyday. The most I think was 7. The only programs I had loaded was FizzTraveller, Chronos & CodeWallet Pro 5.

Now I don't know if its just because I got a bad example but anyhow its gone now.

Anyway in the past 6 months I've had an HTC Wizard & Prophet & the O2 Atom (which was terrible by the way) & now back to using HTC Wizard, O2 Mini S to be exact. Strangely its a lot more stable than the Dopod, been using it for a week now & only 1 soft reset. The speakers are plenty loud enough & no more echoing.
