Help o2 Exec Sync with Outlook sub-folders

Greetings & HELP required!

o2 Exec as you problably know will only sync with the main outlook folder (contacts), not the sub folders.

Any help getting the sub folder info into the exec would be GOOD, downloads/programs (what ever)

But please keep it simple (just like me)
