Guest zee_shah Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 I recently bought a used i-mate SP3, when I checked there was no CD in the case. I tried registring my device on clubimate.com but it says your phone is pre-owned (the previous owner has it already registered). Now I paid for the damn thing but I have no software. Can anyone please help me with this?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 The only software you need is Activesync which can be downloaded from Microsoft. If you want the cd you need to contact the seller.

If you phone will not charge off the usb port, or can not be identified by your pc, then you will also need the device drivers. I have those if you need... You can message me. iMate is terrible about this support enrollment thingie. I bought a K-JAM a while back, and the previous owner had already registered. What a pain. I ended up selling the phone 4 days later anyway and going back to my SP3. If you decide to upgrade again, consider the SP5m (mine is the t-mobile SDA). Best phone yet! -Dana
