Please help with 'Start' button, qtek 8300

Hey, I tried modifying some homescreen files, and I think that maybe I accidently deleted some important files in the 'application data' folder. Now, when I push the start softkey on the homescreen (regardless of what homescreen I am using), the screen displays 'start' on the iconbar, but that's it. This is a huge problems because there are several programs that I cannot access.

Please help if you have any idea how to fix this, or what files I might have accidently deleted. If anyone could post the files in the 'application data' directory, that would be a good place for me to start and compare, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
