Possible to add program Icon on Home Screen?

Only thing I can reccomend is puttin the icon on the homescreen image and making the iconbar transparent. Does it actually do anything?

I'm not sure what you mean.. Can you explain further?

Yes, it does something. When my phone is connected with my carputer running the software PhoneControl it will flash a green / red dot in the corner of the icon.
